Jordan is a passionate attorney and entrepreneur whose career is fueled by a deep affection for the practice of law, the world of business and a strong competitive spirit and desire to achieve success for his clients. As the visionary founder and architect of Outside Chief Legal (OCL), Jordan created the firm as the realization of his own business-minded approach to legal counsel.  He channels his passion for the practice of law and his determination to win into delivering exceptional results for his clients while building and growing a business that reflects his vision and ambition.

Jordan began his career as a fierce litigator. He has and continues to litigate a wide range of cases, small and complex, including construction, insurance, bad faith, professional liability, product liability, wrongful death, employment, commercial, premises liability, dram shop/liquor liability, and workers’ compensation cases.

Jordan now serves also as outside chief legal counsel for a growing list of companies across a range of industries. In this role, he enjoys the challenge and intellectual satisfaction of legal work, as well as the excitement for business growth and strategic decision-making for and with his clients. Jordan enjoys partnering with business owners, helping them navigate complex legal challenges while keeping their commercial objectives at the forefront. Having started and managed several businesses himself, including from early ventures in his youth, he brings firsthand understanding to every client relationship. As a business owner, he understands how competing business objectives and budgetary constraints can complicate or delay decision-making. He and OCL aim to help businesses navigate complexities with confidence. 

Jordan grew up in Alpharetta, Georgia. A resident of Alabama for over two decades, he resides in Mobile where he met his wife, the former Johana Bucci. The couple has one son.
