Before founding Outside Chief Legal, Jordan worked for large traditional law firms with offices extending across the United States and internationally as well. Jordan originally trained as a litigator, amassing nearly 15 years of experience trying cases throughout the state and federal courts of both Alabama and Florida. Jordan defends and prosecutes a wide variety of cases including construction, insurance, bad faith, professional liability, product liability, wrongful death, employment, commercial, premises liability, dram shop/liquor liability, and workers compensation claims.
Jordan serves as general and/or chief legal counsel for a growing list of companies, large and small, across a variety of industry groups. Jordan has always had an interest in business and entrepreneurism. He started his first business before the age of 12, babysitting, washing cars and shining shoes. In high school, he operated his own lawn care business with 20 weekly customers. Today, Jordan is still opening and growing his own businesses across several industries, including the founding of his new law firm Outside Chief Legal. As a business owner himself, He understands the difficulty other owners' business objectives and budgetary constraints can affect or stalemate decisions.
Jordan's diverse litigation and outside chief legal experience provides him with the unique ability, as well as opportunity, to advise companies and business owners on a wide range matters and industry groups
A native of Alpharetta, Georgia, Jordan has been a resident of Alabama for over 15 years. He currently resides in Mobile, Alabama where he met his wife, the former Johana Bucci, who is an Assistant District Attorney with the Mobile County District Attorney's Office.
