Vaughan Luker brings over 40 years of legal experience to OCL, with recognized leadership in multiple practice areas and advanced legal technology. Renowned for her national legal education work and co-authorship of a leading paralegal manual, she is dedicated to delivering client-focused results and advancing excellence at OCL.
Vaughan Luker brings 40+ years of experience in the legal field as well as experience working for nonprofit organizations involving community outreach and education. She is experienced in many areas of the law, including admiralty, construction defects, corporate litigation, employment law, healthcare law, insurance defense, medical malpractice, personal injury, product liability, and workers’ compensation utilizing cutting edge software to maximize results for the client.
Vaughan is a graduate of Spring Hill College with BS in Legal Studies. She has presented at several state and national paralegal seminars and webinars and co-authored “Trial Preparation from Start to Finish,” the national standard manual for the NBI’s Institute for Paralegal Education.
A native Mobilian, Vaughan now lives in Fairhope with her husband, two dogs – Buster Brown and Miss Dolly – and Pumpkin, a cat that adopted them. Vaughan loves cooking and baking and is a soprano with Mobile Opera, having sung with them for over 30 years.
